Return Policy

You have 7 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@arrad.net or call 877.299.8303. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us immediately upon receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post.
