These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of radmedparts.com (the "Site") and any purchase of parts, equipment, or services from RadMed Parts ("RadMed Parts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Sell To

Our products are replacement parts and components for medical imaging equipment. They are intended for purchase and installation by qualified biomedical engineers, field service engineers, and healthcare organizations. You are responsible for confirming that any part is compatible with your system and that it is installed, calibrated, and tested by appropriately trained personnel in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures and all applicable regulations.

2. Product Information

  • Products may be new, new-surplus, refurbished, or used. The condition is stated on the product page or quote.
  • Manufacturer part numbers are provided for identification and cross-reference only.
  • Product images may be representative and may not show the exact item shipped.
  • We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Quotes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
  • Some items are available by quote only. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment collected.
  • Any "OEM list price" shown is the manufacturer's published list price and is provided for reference only.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and ship the item. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect every shipment on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are accepted only for items that arrive dead on arrival (DOA), as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in writing by RadMed Parts, products are sold "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadMed Parts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including equipment downtime, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Trademarks

GE, Hologic, Siemens, Shimadzu, Canon, and other manufacturer names and part numbers are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify compatible parts. RadMed Parts is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
